Southeastern Howard/Laurel
The Southeastern Howard/Laurel Chapter was chartered in December, 2007 and adheres to the mission of the National Organization to create those environments that support the growth and development of children to reach their optimal potential. Our vision is to develop quality projects that focus on education, personal development, healthy living, and recreational, cultural and social experiences to enhance the lives of children and youth who reside and attend the schools with in the Southeastern Howard/Laurel Maryland communities.
